Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of scooppath.com and any purchase you make through it. ScoopPath is a curated marketplace: products are supplied and shipped by independent brand partners, and your order forms a contract of sale with the partner that fulfils it, with ScoopPath providing the storefront, checkout and customer support layer. Prices, availability and shipping estimates are shown per item at checkout and may change without notice; prices are charged in US dollars. Orders are confirmed by email only once payment is authorised and the partner accepts the order. Risk passes to you on delivery; if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page within 30 days and we will resolve it with the partner. Where a partner ships outside Canada or the United States, any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page.
