Lors de la sortie de cet album, le groupe Chaffrail était composé de 5 membres. Le groupe Chaffrail est un groupe musical hors du commun très bien connu par la populatin acadienne. Chaffrail en a fait bouger plus d'un lors de leurs spectacles avec leur rythme unique. Leur style de musique est particulier, il est très invitant et reflète fièrement le folklore acadien.
Toutes les chansons sont des compositions de Denise Daigle Bourgeois et quelques-unes par Monique Caissie et Mariette Richard.
