Product details
Take the guesswork out of fabric selection with the Color Evaluator Red & Green — a must-have tool for quilters who want to create designs with depth, contrast, and visual dimension. By filtering out colour and revealing only value, this handy tool helps you avoid inadvertently pairing fabrics that blend together and disappear in your finished quilt.
Simply use the red filter with warm-coloured fabrics and the green filter with cool-coloured fabrics to instantly see how light or dark each fabric reads — before you cut a single piece. The result: more intentional fabric pulls, stronger contrast, and quilts that truly pop.
Key Features:
- Dual Filters — Red filter for warm tones, green filter for cool tones
- Value Assessment — Reveals the relative lightness or darkness of any fabric
- Prevents Blending — Helps identify fabrics with similar values that may lose definition in a design
- Compact & Portable — Easy to tuck into your notions kit or take to the quilt shop
