Ultra fine glitter can be used with transfer paper, Starform Outline Stickers and any of Dee's Distinctively Dies to create a special effect using the unique Burnished Velvet technique that has become very popular. This transparent glitter can be used on both light and dark colours for different effects.(1/2 oz) 11g jar
