Naka Platinum Magnesium Bisglycinate, 60 VCaps provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium per veggie capsule. This magnesium complex offers a convenient capsule format with clearly stated ingredient amounts, making it straightforward to track the magnesium supplied by each serving.

The formula combines magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide. The label also states that it contains no added gluten, starch, corn, wheat, soy, nuts, dairy, eggs, fish or shellfish, yeast, or animal products.

Made in Canada, this Naka Platinum formula carries a third-party lab-tested designation on its packaging. Each bottle contains 60 veggie capsules, with no powder to measure or mix. Follow the complete directions and cautions on your bottle for daily intake and appropriate use.
