SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your dress is ready, it may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, or another trusted carrier. Delivery generally takes approximately 4–16 days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and fulfillment location.

Your dress will be carefully packaged to protect its appliqués, embroidery, and fabric during transportation. Light wrinkles may occur during shipping, so professional steaming is recommended before wearing.

RETURN AND REPAIR POLICY

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you experience a problem. Approved returns must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, or other signs of use.

Approved items must be returned within 14 days after the return request has been accepted. A complimentary repair may be offered when appropriate; however, return and reshipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the issue resulted from an error on our part.
